the room possessed such a charming atmosphere. it had such luxurious linens and plush pillows. the housekeeping services by rana, pradeep and depesh tamang were superb. i appreciated their attention to detail.
this caused some delays when attending scheduled activities. i hope the hotel addresses this soon.
