a dream come true
charming atmosphere luxurious linens fresh atmosphere
the room possessed such a charming atmosphere. it had such luxurious linens and plush pillows. the housekeeping services by rana, pradeep and depesh tamang were superb. i appreciated their attention to detail.
the elevator wait times were considerable, especially during peak hours. this caused some delays when attending scheduled activities. i hope the hotel addresses this soon.

The hotel had good facilities, including several restaurants. i found the gym spacious and equipped with modern equipment. this allowed me to maintain my fitness routine even while away from home. It was AMAZING!!!

The hotel sits in a good location. It offers easy access to key attractions. it was not too far from the iconic burj khalifa and the international airport. this made sightseeing and travelling very convenient.

The gym included modern equipment I found very convenient. The room had two separate sinks I appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety I noticed. I appreciated the spacious rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Elevators were crowded at times I noticed. I waited for an elevator for a long time.

long wait isolated location
the room was clean and acceptable.
The wait for the elevators was ridiculous, often taking six minutes. the hotel's location is isolated. you cannot walk to nearby cafes or restaurants. You always need a taxi.
